Will I see you again



It stung like poison poured through each vein,
Take me where you are ,leave my shell as proof to remain..
what used to be but is no more
my very existence I chose to ignore..
Emotionless my blood flows through meExchange it for a soul that flies freely
Let me smile again let me dance inside
let you live on in me like you never died..
If on waking I see you there
I know then there is heaven ,ill go . I will not care
take me by the hand, brush away my tear..
let me linger in your smell where there was pain and fear
have you forgotten what its like our silly playful ways
why have u left me here , just endless empty days...
your words 'of course' ringing in my ear
keep your promise , take me with you dear

    ^^^ the above seems very morbid lol.. but of course, poetry can be interpreted in different ways, So, just to make clear the above, am not suggesting I want to leave this earth lol
